Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Finance & Administration Director will manage the financial, administration and human resource programs necessary to OC Action’s success. As part of the OC Action’s Team, the Finance & Administration Director will lead and manage OC Action’s financial and administrative functions, including but not limited to the administration of payroll, assistance with developing and tracking the annual organization budget and program budgets and overseeing the administration of OC Action’s programs.
The Finance and Administration Director will oversee the achievement of the unit’s goals and objectives; represent needs of OC Action’s participants and communities as well as convey OC Action’s mission and vision.
